Specially designed employment oriented short duration demand driven training programmes are being run by the institution on continual basis. In order to ensure a proper implementation of such programmes a separate cell has been created and managed by a team of senior and experience personnels.

The participants are also provided assistance by the institution for wage employment and self employment.
